Due to parking regulations, if your vehicle is over 6 foot 5 inches you will not be allowed to park at the resort they no longer have an overflow parking area. The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.
