New to Best Beach Getaways, Emerald Beach 1728 Emerald Beach Resort is located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, less than 1 mile from Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, restaurants, nightlife, shopping and more! Only 15 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. This resort features 3 swimming pools, hot tub, The Zero entry Kiddie pool area with mushroom play pad and dump buckets, state of the art Fitness Center, Starbucks located in the lobby, Tiki bar by the oceanfront pool, and Sky Bar for drinks and live entertainment (seasonally). The resort will be painting all balconies from 11/1/25-3/6/26. Unit 1728 has been completely updated. Enjoy a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom with a large walk in shower. The living room has a 93" leather sleeper sofa and a 47" television. This unit also has two twin XL bunk beds and a full size washer and dryer. Both the living room and the master bedroom have DVD players. The kitchen is also fully equipped for cooking meals. If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot baseball tourneys. The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.
